Detailed Description:
i would like to vote about the security counsil. i had started a war against the wrong country and i had a member talk to him but he lied and my country was conquered. they only care about our money not helping us out so i propose that the security counsil must put a vote up when we need there help to help us not lie to us. vote yes to have this change

The problem is always about who the members are and who they believe. This could not be solved by the SC. The reaction is too slow, voting takes long and finding out is complex. How would they know who was telling the truth.
