Detailed Description:
Currently an enterprise can only own a limited number of corporations in a given country. This may be an effective balancing mechanism, but it is unrealistic and makes mass privatization very difficult. Massive private monopolies are (for better or worse) a historical reality. Vote yes to abolish limits on enterprise ownership within a given country. Build that dystopian, corporate police state you've always wanted.

Corporations employ 150.000 to 200.000 people. Having many corporations owned by a single enterprise is a major risk for the country if the one CEO decides to close his corporations. It is unrealistic to have the entire economy owned by one outside party, it also works against cooperation between players.
