Mobile military units are optional and can be used in addition to regular military units. There is no need for any player to use mobile units and it remains possible, in the same way as before the introduction of these units, to conduct wars with regular units only.

All existing army unit features remain unchanged.

The mobile units will be used by players who want to quickly transport troops around, land them from a cargo shuttle or from sea into any location and run wars in any place they want.

Doing so, they could use these units in wars across their empires on all worlds and will probably reduce the need for a full size army in every country.
