Radar Planes
Radar planes are used as eyes in the sky to alert the defensive army to incoming attacks. The radar planes are not participating in active defense but they are crucial in directing air defense forces to the targets that are under attack.
If the country has defensive radar planes, interceptors and helicopters are sent to the attacked locations as the radar planes can direct the defense. If no radar planes are available or they have been destroyed, interceptors and helicopters will be sent to all locations because of lack of knowledge on the targets that might be attacked. As a result, only a small number of defensive airplanes will be available at the attacked sites.
