Detailed Description:
This has likely been discussed before however, I shall present it to the masses and my apologies in advance if it is repetitive. WE NEED VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR LLW's, like yesterday. With all of the changes going on in the game this is one that just makes sense. Paying social security to millions of people who have no chance at prosperity is a dead end trap. I couldn't possibly build enough corps/schools to diminish the inequity of llw to all other workers. Vocational training will work like back to school training or special clinics. However, the vocational training should offer 25% of graduates to the following four catergories: High Level Worker High Level Mgr Mid Level Mgr Low level Mgr That should work out to be 250 newly skilled people for each category every month- minor gains, but nonetheless a GAIN. A worker requisite par sheet for corps would help in this matter as well, be we are not voting on that in this poll. Vote yes to increase our demand for more opportunity amongst our poorest citizens by creating Vocational Schools where we can convert LLW's into contributing citizens who are trained in various fields.
