Detailed Description:
currently, a naval fleet is made by buying an aircraft/heli carrier. i think this is pretty unrealistic. i purpose that navy fleets should be made in the same way as military units. to be more specific it should work this this: 1. i purchase navy weapons like aircraft carriers, cruisers ,etc. 2. i go to the fleets page to create a new fleet. 3. i choose what weapons to put in the fleet. 4. i place the fleet where i want it in the water. i think these upgrades on the navy system would make naval warfare much more realistic. vote yes for better, more realistic navy warfare. vote no for the same unrealistic navy.
