Detailed Description:
The newbie documentation hasn't been updated since the new war engine got put in, and pushes noobs into buying unnecessary weapons when they are automatically in secured mode. Of course, this is moot in FB. Vote YES if you want the documentation to be updated such that noobs don't feel compelled to buy military before they can afford it. Vote NO if you want the noob documentation to tell noobs to blow their scarce money on shit they neither need nor can afford. Vote YES if you want W3C to overhaul the newbie documentation, "tips" and newspaper hints included, to reflect that defense is only necessary in Secured Mode if 1) the noob intends to do something that would revoke Secured Mode, or 2) the noob is trying to gain levels. Vote NO if you think that the newbie documentation should continue to push noobs into buying weapons and crashing their economies.
