Should raiding be allowed? Status: Please read our response

Detailed Description:

If you have read the message boards lately you should have read a few threads about raiding c3s for cash. w3c wants to force players to occupy countries for 7 months and then threaten to take them away from you. the forced occupation is aimed at preventing players from attacking c3s, plunder them for defense and cash, and then abandon the country. The practice is extremely profitable and allows players to build empires with the GCs purchased from the raids.
the amount of effort put into building empires from raiding is very high. Each c3 may generate up to 4 GCs, or 1 million population. if your starting with 7m pop, you will need to raid 43 countries to build one 50m pop country.
in a game where rich players can build five 50m pop countries overnight, I think every player should have a fighting chance at success in this game and raiding is that chance. vote YES if you agree with me and NO if you do not.

W3Creative reaction:

Please read the game news and our comments on the arbitrarily taking away your countries. The idea is to force empire to take care of all their countries or release them. Recent discussions on the forum cleared this up.

Attacking C3 countries was always part of the game. Sometimes it was too easy and sometimes too difficult. It is quite balanced now. If you see an advantage doing this, just go ahead and do it. There is no limitation, and there will be no limitation on attacks on C3 countries.
