Detailed Description:
- The REASON for this poll is the crazy situations that exist because of n00b and computer controlled countries buying shares.
- The precise PROBLEM is that hundreds of such countries automatically buy loads of shares when your public corporation is a bit more profitable than others. Those countries take all profits away. Those countries prevent the biggest shareholder from turning the corporation into private again. Sometimes ten or twenty C3's have a fraction of less than one % of the shares.
- I offer you three SOLUTIONS: 1) n00bs and computer controlled countries do NOT participate in the share market. Only Premium Members can let their countries and CEO's buy automatically shares. If that isn't possible, give Premium Members priority when dividing two shares amongst hundreds of buyers. 2) The second solution has already been mentioned. I hope to speed up the process of implementing by repeating it. Shareholders with a majority of more than 50% can turn publics into private BY CLICKING ON A BUTTON. The other shareholders would be paid out the value of their shares. 3) If a shareholder has less than 1% of the shares, he automatically sells the remaining shares.
- Click on 'I agree' if you want to see at least something being implemented. Don't vote if you're not active on the share market.

W3Creative reaction:
Eliminating most countries from the market will reduce trading and kill the market. With a much smaller number of countries participating it will become possible to manipulate the market as we used to have in the past.
The C3 countries are making the market, trading many shares and they sell automatically if they made a profit so if the price is right, they will sell their shares. If a large shareholder is requesting many shares, the price is increasing and these shareholders will sell.
We see no reason to pull corporations back from the market. Public corporations are the biggest earners. We do allow it, as it is also possible in the real market. 50% however is far too low. We do plan a feature that will force the sale of shares if a very large shareholder, with more than 95% to 98% of the shares requests it.
We agree that shareholders with less than 1% or 0.5% must sell automatically. This feature is already planned and intended to reduce the number of shareholders in general.
