Use and show "net" numbers in workers exchanges (and new corps building) Status: will be added

Detailed Description:

I emailed the following suggestion to the game master, and I was told to put it to a poll. This poll is intended to improve an earlier poll, which is similar to my suggestion below.

Do you agree with the following proposition:

a) Please consider showing the "net" numbers on the workers exchange page and on the new corps building page. By that I mean the true numbers of workers available (including those needed for new facilities).

b) Show how many workers have been already been traded in the current month and consider the "net" of the trade when calculating the limits, especially within contributing empires.

If country A sends 200,000 workers in exchange of 175,000 workers to country B, the net of the trade is -25,000 for the country A and +25,000 for country B. Therefore the limits for empires and contributing players should be the absolute net value of the sum of the trades. This means that no country can gain or lose more than 200,000 workers by trades in 1 month. This would allow more trades between empires as long as there are no major changes in the workforces.

Thank you for your time, Manny.
