Detailed Description:
How frustrating is it when your long range divisions are running short of supplys, the war is almost won BUT ALL YOUR SUPPLY UNITS are off supplying internal garrisons or air units. We should have a simple priority button on supply units so that we can prioritise either offensive or defensive units. This would stop protracted wars caused by poor supply prioritisation by the AI. Vote YES for priority settings for supply units?

This is a good proposal but it will take time before it is added and in the mean time, a very simple improvement will be reached if you just add some supply units so they are able to finish their work faster.
