Detailed Description:
I would like there to be a simple method in which I can communicate with all or some of my Federation or Common Market Members by having an option in which I can send messages to the all or selected members through the Federation list of members page or Common Market list of members page. (ie I go to the Federation page, list of members, and there is a box I can click to check the members (or click select all) to send a message) Vote "yes" if you agree with this proposal. Vote "no" if do not agree with this proposal.
