Detailed Description:
I think that a great idea for population is to be able to sell it in different sizes than just by the millions. Being able to purchase for 500 000 might be a good suggestion. The idea of course being that there is a significant shock to your system when you bring in a million people..... this could be mitigated by buying half a million. That said, it also opens up the market to more competition, which I believe is probably good for the game.

For the smallest countries, 1.000.000 is 10% of the population and requires only 2 or 3 new corporations. Smaller amounts in the past created confusion on the pricing and were removed.
