Detailed Description:
Please consider revising the way a "closed" Hospital, University, and School is addressed? Rather than "destroy" the facility, place the item in a "temporary closed status". It makes no sense, economically or in any other way, to "destroy" a perfectly good facility (many times just built) just because a country is short one Senior Doctor et al. You can do it in the same programming manner as you currently do with the military when there is a shortage of MLM/LLW. Please VOTE YES for this much needed change. Thank you.
