Detailed Description:
I have recently noticed plenty of polls that have either no real subject, solution, and are pretty stupid so i think there should be some sort of W3C system that first looks over your proposed poll to see if it really could be a poll then either accepts or rejects it plus if you don't know what you did wrong it could say some things that are wrong with it. It'd be better for all of us because this is just stupid when someone can make a poll that says anything and it says STUPID nonsense but with some sort of filter it'd make polls more reasonable and might even help people make their polls better.

There are some polls that should not be there in the first place. We remove them as soon as we see them.
As to proposals that some of you may consider to be nonsense that is more difficult.
Some are based on misunderstandings, some are running against the common logic of most players and some try to add features that are foreign to this game. We should not remove them but explain, as we do, why they are wrong.
The most difficult category are the polls that do bring up a valid point but compared to other issues, these proposals may be quite trivial, or about very little and unimportant issues. The problem with these is that we have so many other priorities that although they may be valid, we have no time to implement them.
We are spending the time to react as someone did spend time to think about it, wrote it down and many people voted. They deserve an answer.
We keep such polls on a long list of things we wish to add and will be able to do if our capacity will increase in the future. These polls will be removed from the Voting news list after some time, but remain in our list of features for future development.
