Detailed Description:
I propose a new type of Union that would, in effect, merge the Federation and Common Market. I believe it would be better if we could create Unions that have preferential trade (lower tariffs for members) and all members would be considered part of a single Country. The Union name would be the name for the entire Country and our Countries would be member States and we'd vote on new legislation, which would come into effect throughout the Country (such as no tariffs and duties on defense products etc).
