Detailed Description:
It makes no sense to charge a 50B or 100B penalty when buying a corp from the Gamemaster. There should not be penalties for buying abandoned corps (from gamemaster or no-president countries). 50B is also much too high a penalty to pay to buy a very low value corp that is in debt and losing $. No sane person would ever do that. Vote YES, if you agree.
