Non-Player Controlled Public Corporations Status: Please read our response

Detailed Description:

Currently, when an enterprise is abandoned all the assets transfer to Gamemaster Corporations where they can be bid on. My proposal is simply for the game to make all shares held by Gamemaster Corporations and those held by non-player countries available on the share market at current value. This would allow investments to be made in these corps without having to bid on them and take control.

Most such corporation have a low value and not IPO ready. Offering the shares on the market will created a large number of bad public corporations.
