Detailed Description:
I think that the no president countries need to be run just a liiiitle bit better. They frequantly build far too many state corps, and they often have absurdly large number of corporate executives but they frequently have too few workers. Maybe their education priorities should be changed so that they have fewer higher level people and more lower level people to make building corporations eaiser?
