More descriptive documentation for inquiry and noobs Status: will be improved

Should there be a better and a more descriptive documentation and encyclopedia that is easier to use and explains more than it does today? (I am a new-be/noob and I found the documentation sometimes vague, not clear, or nonexistent for certain areas of the game.)
