Detailed Description:
We should have more boycott options Righ now you need ten countries to have any kind of boycott I think that needs changed to any county can boycott any other country, either in whole or in part. For example if I know country A has been attacking allies of mine I should be able to boycott them myself. Or maybe I am trying to make my computer company more profitable. I can get people together to not by computers from some of the top computer corp of course a limit of 60 or 120 months should still be in place Vote yes to have W3 make some changes to the boycott system and make it a more useful feature No vote to keep it broken

This is true and complicated.
You can of course make sure you do not have any contracts with that country. General trading however, is more complicated as it will have to check each and every one of the millions transactions whether it can execute or not. Example: we match 20.000 orders and offers for services in one go and we execute transactions if the match. Now, before we execute, we will have to check each one of them for the possibility of a boycott.
