Detailed Description:
If players are allowed the two CEO Enterprises in their respective world, the player should be able to transfer funds (cash) between the two CEO Enterprises.
Additionally, the player should be able to transfer funds (cash) between their CEO and their President countries as well, since we have ONE account and not separate Enterprise and Country accounts.
