Detailed Description:
-Military should consist of workers of all levels, managers of all levels for Seargents, Officers, Seargent Majors and Colonels. -Few Executives for military generals. -Nurses and Doctors for medics. -Few Senior Doctors for more advanced treatment. -Teachers for military training and University Teachers(Professors) for advanced military training. -Leave the High Tech positions for civilian jobs Thats a much better system than using mainly low lvl workers and medium lvl managers as it is imbalances.

This may indeed be a better system but it will add to the complexity of the army. We will first complete some other military options and may then decide if more complexity can help or make it harder to play.
