Detailed Description:
I think we should be able to pay out the dividends the investment fund earns. After all the money is from the population and it would only be fair to distribute it back to the population at the same time adding to the taxes they pay. I think in a way this would encourage more activity in the stock market because investment funds would be more of a use.

Already in fact, a small part is added to the income of the population. The fraction is very small and there is no data showing how much it is and how it is done.
