Detailed Description:
For each region there should be a map, index or table of countries by their political relationship/complexity.
For example: a list of country names in the first column, War Protection status in the second column, federation name (if any) in the third column, common market name in the fourth column, and presidency start date in the fifth column. We should also be able to sort by each of these columns.
This would allow those wishing to build an empire to identify vulnerable C3s or abandoned countries, and let everyone quickly see what alliances are in being made around them.
