Detailed Description:
There is a limit to the number of people that can be in a fed. I think that feds should be able to make alliances with other feds. This could be done by vote or power of leader. The alliance should prevent any county in one fed from attaching a country in the fed it is allied with. Also, these alliances could be public knowledge or not. They could share defense or not. Agree with fed alliances?
