Detailed Description:
With most of the high profit products going to the space market. I feel that enterprises should be able to own space shuttles. They could either rent space in a space center, from a country that has a space program, or a country would allow the enterprise to build it's own space center in that country. And in turn they would pay that country for use of the land, and maybe a small maintenance fee. That way the enterprises can get in on the growing space market.
