Detailed Description:
I proposed a similar poll in the past it was passed by the vast majority, but I have not seen any info since that time from the Gamemaster about it. So I'm trying again. I think we should include corporations in Simcountry that only sell Financial products. We should have Banking corporations, mortgage corps, insurance corps, and maybe others. I think that having a supply of financial corps in one's country should be necessary to having a good economy. Although the products could also be traded overseas, it only makes sense that each nation would need it's own financial sector. Secondly, I believe that one of the features of these corps is that countries should be able to invest portions of their cash into these corporations like savings accounts or mutual funds. Countries could receive the interest periodically while the corp itself uses the capital to fund its operation. In addition, I believe each citizen in our countries has some sort of retirement account. It would make sense for that money to be invested in an actual corp and keep the money in game rather than having it invested in some disembodied fund. Vote agree if you would like financial corps.
