Detailed Description:
The world bank should be able to let countries that have a lager number of outstanding loans due to be paid. This type of grant should be setup that you can get a grant to pay off ALL OUTSTANDING LOANS plus and extra $10T to help the country get back in the Black.
After you get this grant you would not be able to get another grant like this for 10 Simcountry years. Example of this would be if I have outstanding loans in a total of $15.5T.
Under the loan page would have an box the would say grant money for $______ T (you enter in the total of grant) you will be granted a grant for $____T plus you will get extra $10T. Next time for grant will be ____/____/____ (10 sim gane years from date of grant)
