Detailed Description:
I believe we need a link for each poll that we have to comment and debate what we are voting for. A fellow player may or may not support a proposal for a specific ramification a proposal has, in a blog type area (could call it the Senate Floor) he can comment, inform and urge others. It would also give us a chance to ask the person proposing the poll for clarification if need be as well as letting W3C comment.
Giving me a chance to read comments makes me a more informed voter. For a "Senate Floor" vote yes To make everyone sad like when E.T. died... vote no
