Detailed Description:

The Strategic Corporation search should AUTOMATICALLY disclude any countries without Presidents and those with the preference set by Presidents to not have Private Corporations built in that nation.

There is too much time and hassle in finding a suitable country to build strategic corporations, this would reduce that. No more insane clicking through 60 nations, sometimes the same one twice, to find a build location.

This is in fact a bug in the search procedure. It is already given to an engineer to fix and will be in the game soon.
