i think that biological weaponry should be added to the strategic weapons. bio weapons should be used for killing large numbers of population, rather than raw destruction. bio weapons should be replacing the chemical weapons that have a very minimal effect as opposed to other weapons. the delivery system of bio weapons should be a missile. I think that these types of weapons would make strategic warfare much better. Vote yes for a better strategic weapon force. Vote no to rely on nukes for an effective strategic weapon.
