Automation of Ed/Health/Trans Facilities Status: Will be added

Detailed Description:

It seems logical that you should be able to automate the building of Educational, Health, and Transport facilities. It would be quite nice to be able to set a minimum level for each type of facility (as a multiple of the 'Needed' number determined by the sim) and have them built as workers are available, possibly with an option to build or not depending on availability of cash in your country. Vote yes to support having automation options for building these facilities added to the game. Vote No to keep everything as is.
