Detailed Description:
I think that there should be some benefits given to countries who turn off secure mode. This would encourage developed nations to take a risk and remove themselves from secured mode. The benefits would have to be pretty substantial. Something along the order of double tax income, or double population growth. Vote yes if you agree with me.

We will sleep on this one. It is the first proposal on secured mode that makes sense and not just asks to remove it. People response to incentives. The incentive is a problem. Double tax income? Where does the money come from? In this game, the money going some where must come from some where else. But we will think of a way to make it attractive.
Don't hold your breath. It may take some time. We also think that the introduction of invasions and partial takeover of parts of countries opens more possibilities for partial protection in the future.
