Rewards when winning a war against a C3 country
The rewards in terms of game money are changed. They are slight reduced for winning a war against a C3 country of war level 2 and 3. The amount is now much higher for winning wars against C3 countries with a war levels 4 to 7.
Other amounts, at higher war levels are tuned down to follow the declined cost of war.
