It is possible for countries to buy and sell materials on the market and to trade freely with their corporations. It enables full control of materials by any president.
The same is of course needed for CEOs. We have promised to add that feature and we will ASAP. It involves a major upgrade to the enterprise database because we need to add stock and quality fields for all products. This change is being prepared and we will complete the trading system for enterprises.
