5. If the war is not won yet: Attack Cities

  • Select a city to attack. The capital is the one city with a name on the map.
  • Use the same unit with the same weapons and attack the capital.
  • Repeat the attacks. The capital is not easy to destroy.
  • You are now probably done and the war index is under 25.
