Small intervention in the education system will take place as long as the cash shortages persist. The interventions make sure that shortages in a certain type of workers or professionals are reduced or eliminated.
Some shortages are always reduced by small spontaneous movements of workers between professional groups but structural changes can be achieved by changes in the education priorities. Such changes are taking place and will improve the situation in the country but such changes take time to materialize as the education system takes time to educate these professionals.
Some countries have too many corporations and as a result, may have severe shortages that cannot be solved by changes in priorities and will be solved in time by an increase in the population.
