50% of the active weapons in the entire army will be moved to the reserves each game month to reduce the cost of the army. This means that within a couple of months, nearly the entire army will be deactivated and moved to the reserves.
At the same time, 20% of the military units will be disbanded and the weapons will be returned to base. The weapons will then become part of the active army that will continue to deactivate.
This feature cannot be stopped and will reduce the cost of the army while returning many soldiers and officers back to the economy.
