Whenever I attack with HA, HJ and HT's I get this:

Your attack has been launched. However, no additional damage was done to the target. No damage to Seya is reported. On the La Republica del Robena side no weapon losses were reported. The weapons chosen by Primetime Land were not effective in this attack.

This has never been the case before, is this a bug or have the weapons been changed and now are useless?

I have noticed that if you don't utilize a sufficient quantity of a particular weapon or combination of weapons, they are ineffective. Example: an attack with Seals Units, Rapid Deployment Units and Special Forces Units is diminished without supporting units of Heavy Armored Vehicles, Heavy Jeeps, Heavy Artillery or Heavy Tanks. Maybe it's just me (and you ) but I have noticed a change in how ineffective weapon systems have become. Seems they want a greater quantity and a mixture of types to be effective. Live and learn I suppose. Many changes constantly occur that are NOT publicized unfortunately. Guess that comes with a "work in progress" game.

So what do I need to mix with 10,000 AH, HJ and HT's so that I can actually attack?

Could also be a range problem.

Try attacking targets on the side of the country that is closest to you.

Occasionally a weapon type will appear in the slider menu without you actually being in range... in that case the 'weapons are not effective' message will appear.

I had the same messages in my most recent c3 war. In every case it was a question of insufficient quantity of attackers . In some cases I could fix it with more of the same kind of weapon ( for smaller targets ).In the case of the large well-defended targets, it was necessary to mix the attacking force.
