The only use for uranium and plutonium is in the manufacture of weapons.
I would suggest that they could also be used as an ingredient in Nuclear power stations which would be cleaner than oil fuelled power stations, more expensive to set up but cheaper in the long run.
This would help to sort out the long running oil shortage as electric power was changed over to nuclear power and would improve the market for uranium and plutonium

Great Idea. E-mail it to Jossi !!!!

Great idea, but Kieth is the nuclear power expert
I'm sure he'd go HOG wild for this upgrade

Maybe we should limit oil-ressources on the world ;-)

by changeing that oil and other markets like that won't do as well. its good to have large shortages because then u can seel your products for extremely large price , tehre for getting a large profit.
also at the moment there isn't enough factoroies producing uranium and plutonium to support a complete change from oil, coal and other's. but maybe they can be added into the equation. makeing electric power corps need to buy some uranium (not sure if that is all ready incorperated i have never looked into it)

Uranium and Plutonium corps usually don't make money; finding a civilian function could help.

well the game sure likes to build them .. I've got two in my country I'm trying to find a use for, I only need so much strategic reserve.

ya... where do I find these Nukes....
Although refueling them everymonth would be a little rediculous.

Why not go with wind generating stations and ditch the oil altogether. They might not produce much .. but then they'd not need hardly anything in supplies. That or go with gas turbines .. these gas corps need something other than what they have.
I guess there is only so much you can do with a game like this.
