Unless you are a peaceful country, an employment index that high will cause you problems with your armed forces. As your llw and mlm reach 50 yrs old and "retire" from the military there will be no free workers to replace them.
Be careful, your military does not begin to degrade for lack of workers

Thanks Defender, I accepted your LLW. Green, I appreciate the hint. I will have an excess of LLW as soon as my upgrades come thru. I dont expect to be able to maintain such a high employment for very long.
