You are welcome to offer corps to me if you wish, i am prepared to take any of those corps if i have the staff and you are ok with a 22% tax on all corps (my state owned corps is 59%). Im constantly aiming to improve my education systems and my upgrades for state owned corps are constant so more staff should become available, and im not engaged in active wars, preparing to take a few c3 countries, but i might also be able to supply goods from my state corps to you if you require supplies etc.

Ollo, there is a hidden material cost penalty for corps with a market value over 125B. I don't really know why it's there, only that it is definitely there and that it is intended to be there.

You'd do much better with high taxes that keep your market values down.

That's why I'm looking for countries with taxes of 70+. When I build in a c3 w/ 30% taxes, my corps quickly go over 125B, and sometimes get high enough to become 'enterprise controlled public corps'. Another bad thing.

Whenever you decide to throw common sense to the wind and raise your taxes, let me know.

I've been having a lot of corps overvalued and subsequently they've gone public without my approval. I need someone with >70% taxes to take these things!

Current offerings:

7 Construction
1 Electric Power
1 Furniture
1 Gasoline
1 Household Products
1 High Tech Services
1 Luxury Goods
1 Medical Equipment
2 Production Plants (require 80% taxes)
8 Services
2 Steel
1 Telephone

The only thing that keeps me from raising my taxes is the loans i get from failed state enterprises creating a tax drain on my economy. But anyway good luck with putting youre corps elsewhere.

Common sense asks why the game developers have put that penalty for public corps - maybe a rising scale

5% up to 200B
10% up to 600B
15% up to 1T
20% over 1T ?

why do production plants require 80% taxes anyway?

Because with less than 76% taxes, they will still rise over 125B MV (so long as you run them as well as I do. ;-)

I wouldnt mind having some corps over 125B, im more focused on simply raising salaries and upgrades and adapting seller strategies (running them well) and i guess they can be closed down or offered for CEOs if it gets above the 125B level.
