4. Unemployment. Each four percentage points of unemployment, give 1 point. (This means that a country with a very high unemployment percentage is easier to conquer).
5. Business index. This is a measure of industrial activity. Each 4% in the index will score 1 point. If the index is 80%, the score is 5 points lower. This again means that a country with a weak industry is easier to conquer.

so that's the point that Tamara2 stated.:)

"When going through a long boring list of corps and blowing them up its an easy mistake to make!"

NO. No offense but making a mistake of blowing up a private corp is only made by a noobie. I blew up a private corp when I had my first war here in GR. It was a good thing that the corp belonged to an ally. =/

From then on when I'm at war and have to destroy corps, I open two pages and see what private corps are in the country.

Besides, c'mon, why would you want to destroy a private corp. They are good for your country. It easy money. GEeeesh!!! =/

If you have the problem of not being able to remember/tell if it is a private corp you should just send a message to the ceo and tell them they need to move their corp or it will be toast! There are only a few people that I know of that would actually try and call your bluff and then beat you down but almost everyone will gladly save their corp. ESPECIALLY A MILITARY CORP THAT UPGRADED! In my opinion anything you get you deserve, ignorance is not an excuse.

shrug when ive made the mistake ive compensated for it as far as i know, with a corp from my own ceo.

All i was trying to say, is mistakes happen.

And private corps should not figure in the war index calculations in any way (currently they do because of employment etc)

i agree, if i would knew the value and importance of this corp. i'd probably asked him to move it.
thats my mistake.

But what are you fellows thinking about bidding on my fully upgraded companies and moving them away from my country?

i'm trying to protect them by making them national industries. and higher taxes than i would like otherway, in order to increse their debts and make them less attractive.

be poor, but justy, as we lithuanians say:)
don't worry be happy:)

In war I destroy all corporations within a country regardless of their profitability and ownership.

I will continue to destroy all corporations including private ones until W3 removes private corporations from the business index calculation.

I certainly hope that you give my corps at least a chance before you blow them up Tamara. It takes 4 months from the declaration to the actual start of a war, and 4 months to get a c3 to auto-approve the moving of a corp. Perfect timing. (Not to mention that 1) you can warn a ceo before you declare, 2) you don't have to attack as soon as you're able and 3) ceos could move into a human-controlled country and get immediately approved.)

There is no excuse for not giving a ceo that chance.

If someone destroys my assets without giving me a fair chance to save them you can bet I'll recompensate myself. Probably by taking much more than I lost to compensate for my wasted time and effort.

Also, many ceos would gladly lower hiring in their ceo corps for a month or two to assist you in lowering the b&t index if you just ask.

It is easier to take a c3 with a few corps at 30% hiring or 90+% damage than a c3 with zero corps. c3's auto-build corps, and each month after you reduce the country to zero corps, at least one new corp will pop up at 100% hiring and productivity. If you want to lower the B&T index in a c3 you can not do it by destroying all corps.
