Have this country down to .6 Just took out a base and the last fort (should've been a full pt) didn't budge the score. What could be the problem?
Then took out 2 cities both >100K no change in score!!! Please check out Xiping and get back to me.

Okay, now its my turn! This is bull shit! I have other countries to bring over! Is a GD fort and a GD base worth .5 or not? We pay 10 bucks a month to play this game and 15 this month with the transfer! This money is coming out of MY BEER BUDGET! I'm out of Bud and I am Pissed! I have Pre-paid gold credits but when there gone so am I if w3c can't set some rules, stick to them, and make sure they WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are going to need to hit some of the corps to bring down economic indexes and potentially some of the military to lower the military index. Plenty of counties left too. It is not easy taking out a C3 and you are going to need to damage it a lot more.

The problem is with recapturing a xferred country is people want the military and economic areas intact.
Simple fact is wipe out the Airforce.
They've played with the game some. For awhile there when I'd attack a targets missiles ex:
477 AAMB's 425MIB's 220 SRMB's the AAMB's would be destroyed along with 8 MIB's and ZERO SRMB's.
That seems to have gone back or maybe it was just a game bug.
Anyway I've tried taking a C3 without destroying the military. I'm simply not going to get it done like that.
The country gains in war index and strikes simply do not lower it any. Low was 12.5 up to 17+ now.
The military has got to go so from my viewpoint you are better off getting that done first.
