This is driving me insane, I can't win my war(s).
The country I'm fighting, GWA1, has 0 military. 1 factory (which is about to be moved by the CEO). 1,000,000 dead about 3,000,000 wounded. Every city has been nuked over and over again, the towns have almost all been leveled by heavy artilary. And the war index is still at 20!!!
What the hell is wrong, and fix it.

employment index is low, but trade isnt because of that CEO corp. when it is gone, repeat the attack and war index will fall for further 20 or even more points. it is better to damage corps instead of destroying them. trade index (production in %) is calculated for all corps that are in country at end of each month. by leaving only CEO corp you even helped to rise it :)
if it isnt going to be enough, you will have to attack all targets again as they are repaired each month (small percentage, but enough to raise war index a few points).

anyway, nothing is wrong, except the way you fight the war.

Ahh so once he's gone you figure it will be over?
That's a pretty stupid way to calculate the winner of a war with indexes.... I mean which do you think the people really care about. The fact that 28% of their population has either been killed or seriously injured and there is no one left to deffend them. Or that some company is running at 126% capacity.
Something is indeed wrong.
