Once we pick the country we want to exchange workers with, the screen should show us how many of each type of worker the two countries have.

Well I for one think it's a horrible idea.

Why do you think so?
I have to juggle 3 windows to make some of the trades (the sending country employment page, the receiving country's employment page, and the transfer page) or I have to jot down the numbers on a notepad when I'm doing a complicated trade.
Also, if I controlled several countries, I wouldn't have to look at their pages to get the unemployment numbers, I could just quickly transfer those folks to where I wanted them to go.
Of course, you could just ignore the numbers on the screen if you want.

Really I don't disagree at all. I think it's another of the many ways this game could be more user-friendly.
I just wanted to stand out, and as a bonus I got to see you type out a long explanation. =D
