I was talking about the free worlds, SKP vs Hymy and when lalla lost all his countries, it was after lalla (illusion on gr or institution on kb)lost his countries the war rules changed. If i remember Hymy had about 6k mibs protecting a 26mil pop country. Im not sure about this but skp reported federation fighter planes showing up for battle to be slaughtered and now i dont think offence assists with defence, again human error caused the fighters to show up for battle. W3C should explain their game war mechanics better to stop these things happening.

I've got short arms - deep pockets
We paid the price to learn the war aspects of the game....quite frightning at times - i think Rob and Kodiak would agree.

The money out of the vaults in Nemesis and Eager?
Yeah, I know there was about $110 Trillion in Loans that I had made out of Nemesis (then-Mercantile Dictatorship).
$70-80 Trillion out of Eager (then-Mercantile Beach).
Then, you've probably long-transfered a good chunk of that to your other countries for the arms.

CZCP - the money is still in the vaults - and not a single transfer of money has taken place.
I know you can move 20b at a time now - but it is still too low - so I never bother.
