Ok Kenneth here. Thanks to hymyland for defending me while i was taking a break.
Grey, i admit that i had two copies of my main country. BUT under simcountries rules, they allowed MULTIPLaying on GR. So it is technically legal for my to have 2 copies of the countries, with the disadvantage that i pay $10 dollars instead of $5 a month you pay. If jozi thinks that i'm cheating and comes after me, and delete my countries, fine. The fact that he didn't means that i didn't do anything wrong.
You were probably eyeing my countries for a long time given the amount of preparation i saw you put in your defense and offense which probably took a month to build up and the way you confidently attacked me. Acusing me of cheating is just a way to hide your power-hungry ambitions.
You accuse people of practising double standards, yet you seem to be quite willing to keep my so called illegal copied country. See the contridiction here? he takes over the country on the basis it was illegal, then keeps it for himself instead of deregging it.

OK..I guess this is where I step in(Eskon tries to stay off the BB)
First..The reason Kenneth was attacked was for his blatent misuse of a loophole at the start of the transfer process, which susequently was fixed as soon as players told Jozi about it.If he (Kenneth) had only made one copy of his country, he may have gone on without being noticed...but,he got greedy and brought attention to himself by transferring numorous copies of his main (which everyone already knows) Thus making himself a target.
By the rules of the game Kenneth, you are allowed to have multible accounts on GR, what is not allowed is transferring more than one copy of the same country. No one is allowed to do it, and for you to think that you should be able to keep even one clone, is just another reason for you to lose them all
Second...I will not be keeping his copy (Elrane). It will be de-regged as soon I finish taking the waepons and cash to recover the expences that it cost me to fight the war ( Nice try on trying to make me look like the bad guy)
Third...This matter has been dicussed with many top players of this game and I'm sure that they all found what was done (by kenneth) to be not only a violation of player conduct but most treacherous to the game itself (This is my hypothisis..I am not speaking for anyone) But I can assume by the lack of action of anyone to interfere with this war(other than the wepons shipments) that not to many people disagree with the action.
and finally...To answer your question, Kenneth, Yes. You countries were being looked at for a while. The moment that we noticed that you had made clones of your main, you were being watched. As for my prep time for the war.....7 days I was actually not as preparred as I would have liked to have been for this war.Axis asked me if I could help him out (taking out your countries) and actually decared a day or 2 after that.
I am done on that subject.
I now wish to speak on a more realisic (and serious) subject.
Some (or most) of you know of Axis's situation... He is a respected member of this game,a good person, and a friend of mine (and many of you)
He has not logged into anything since Oct. 2nd..This concerns me.
I am asking that all of you that know him (and those of you that don't) to keep him in your thoughts and prayers, and hope that we hear from him soon.
If you don't know about his situation....then it is best that you shouldn't Please leave it at that.
I don't want nor wish this to be dicussed anymore than what I have said...I am just making a request.

"Isn't that what you did when you declared on kenneth, and when SKP declared on fully completly?
Kenneth knew what was coming. From the moment he made his copies he had to suspect it was coming, and since then he's been warned what was coming. Also I didn't attack him. The only truly active player I've ever been at war with is Erehwon. Eskon and Hanuman (Axis) did.
I'm not saying you don't have a right to act against us. You're a big enough boy to make your own decisions. But you're also a big enough boy to deal with the consequences, as SKP was.
"My willingness was only if W3C route failed first, which they did not"
You'll be hard-pressed to find someone else who has a full understanding of the subject and agrees with that statement (save maybe Kenneth himself).

I need someone else to validate my opionion?
Yeah, I wouldn't really call getting a country, and almost winning an award, consequences.

Personally while I do feel sorry for Fully during all that, and yes I'd say he was playing the game different than I would have ...
But I didn't see SKP do anything "wrong".

Kenneth knew what was coming. From the moment he made his copies he had to suspect it was coming, and since then he's been warned what was coming.
A few notes on that.
as soon as he created the clones, I messages him -albeit on fearless, the source of said copies -and asked him to stop. Rather, it was a series of messages :D, the first rather upset, and the second relatively colelcted and reasonable.
I then told him that unless he did the only remotely honroable thing, and deregistered the country, that he would have the unending enmity of my federation (I was, and technically remain, chair of the 12 monkeys on fearless)
He did not reply, although he was active, and made an additional 2 copies of his main country after receinving the message. He knew what he was doing, he was simply trying to make as many copies as he could before he was killed - which he was , in short order, and probably was the only thing stopping him from making a few more clones.
Shortly after his actions were discoevered, I asked genie to relay the information to erehwon. Erehwon reacted as I would have, and as I think he should have: he offered kenneth a way out , and threateended to redress matters if kenneth didnt take it.
unfortunately, despite a sheep or two bleating their support of their mighty shepherd (no offense to matt is intended, indeed I probably hold more persaonl respect for him than ay other SC player), no action was taken. No one 'put their money where their mouth was', so to speak.
Therefore the 12 monkeys were forced to take action as soon as they had achieved a modicum of organization and strength.
After doing that which the remaining 'powers that be' viewed as desirable, but which no one had the guts /ability to do, it was discovered that kenneth had been supplied by two other people (at least. others are unverifiable :P). One of them was hymyland. Why would hymy supply someone he himself had condemned, unless Mabos theory is correct...passive-aggressive "action" ?
And one last note. kenneth was not on his second, or thrid, or even fourth chance. hes abused this game more times, in more ways, then I can count. It was ironic that I myself actually saved his country from being hacked to the chorus of thankful praise...along with assurances that hewd be a good little boy...only to have him then g and make clones with it :P
Anyone who wants to know more about him is invited to read the fearless history. History is indeed written by the victors, but I think the picture presented there had plenty of 'community review.'
its a shame hymy, or indeed erehwon, couldnt actually declare war.
I still think there is hope, limited as it might be, in changing that.

Well I never knew any of this, Erehwon never called on my offer of help, nor told me who was cheating. So I didn't know that kenneth was the subject of that thread. All I knew was what little Axis mundi told me before he ran afoul of whatever has him now.
If you had been this talkative about it from the begginning it would have been helpful. Additionally this illustrates the primary problem. Nobody is communicating!

So you're saying that attacking Allied Forces countries doesn't come with consequences? Good to know.
