Once the country starts rebuilding you have lost the war. I only had a few minutes to prepare , but now the munitions will start to roll in
And my esteemed allies are now on scene , pounding you while I re-arm
Little damage? $3 t war damage at last count!!!!
and millions killed
As you are new to GR, I assume you haven't read the bb's on large countries, or read about the retroactive rollbacks after some of us passed the 60m population mark
Did you know I had no offense due to W3 tinkering? Is that why you chose me?
A million jeeps, huh? That sounds like one of HR's old tactics from FB and KB, so I assume you are a transfer from there
I hope you decide to play here again. I won't be away next time and will take great delight in stomping you on sight

Haha.......you're pretty cocky considering all I have to do is take out your corps if I want your country.

By the way I was nuclearthreat from kb if anyone from there remembers. Whirrett3 was Peacemaker before I took it over. I really havent done any work on my countries while playing Simcountry. I've just taken other people's countries. I'm done playing once I get taken over.

p.s. I just chose to attack you because you were number one and I wanted to win the money. I transfered my countries in from kb and placed them next to you.

Not at all. you can continue to throw jeeps at me 'til you or I run out , in the meantime my allies will arrive to finish you off
As I said the munitions will start to flow now and should you succeed in taking Fully Completely , I will be breathing down your neck with my other countries.
You started this from boredom?
Why didn't you try instead to actually be creative and make a good country?
Anyway..whatever you wish.its been seven hours now. I congratulate you on a good effort whichever way this ends

I assume Fully if he's using Jeeps you had no Lt arty or tanks to go with MIB's SRMB's etc.... that in it's self wasn't a good idea unless you happen to own everything so nobody can force ground troops in.

Guns or butter tis a hard choice and guns usually loose but there is no weapon system you shouldn't have at least some of, if you have the time, money, and population.

when you have 500 targets to protect, and are trying to protect ggainst waves of attacks, point to point defences arent very practical for big countries. Lets say posting 2000 srmbs at 500 targets. Thats 1000000 SRMBS required, at a cost of 5000000 men. And attacks of 3k jeeps at a time will still prolly do the damage.

DH are supposed to fire first, in theory at least they should be effective against land attacks providing you have onnes of ammo.

Doesnt work like that of course

First off why protect every target?

I've never relied on DH as my sole method of defense against ground troops or anything else.

I don't know ... I don't understand what Fully had, didn't seem to me he really did all that much against ground troops attacking him.

Well people said C3's couldn't be taken and I said they could .. Fully said he couldn't defend so would assume he couldn't .. I don't understand why .. but it's obvious someone else owns the country now.

I haven't digested the entire log yet but I have noticed Fully didn't seem to be much on the offensive. I'd have thought a 55m country with that kind of rating would have had an offensive army.

I guess I just have to be on the receiving end to understand it.

I mean it makes much more sense to me if you are going to rely on DH's to station ground troops in concentrations that WILL protect the target and let the DH work on mopping up what goes for something else.

I've always said you couldn't defend a country without a strong offense but I didn't see one being used.

It's almost like Fully conceded the country to keep it from being destroyed and is banking on being able to take it back.

Another thing I noticed is there really was no force mulipliers. Once or twice I saw the AF from another country kick in. I've not looked at the way he's set on the map yet .. but it doesn't do you any good to have 350K of defense helos with ammo if your countries are so far apart they can't support one another.
